On Thursday, April 24, 2014, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) released proposed regulations on tobacco products, including premium cigars and pipe tobacco. The text of the rule is available here. The IPCPR and CRA are working tirelessly to defend the premium cigar industry. Here is the official statement from the IPCPR.
